I have recently migrated from Deluge to Qbitorrent on Win 10, but I couldn't avoid to recheck the whole on Qbitorrent the first time. Deluge stores all loaded torrents in a dir. I just readded them and set the correct local paths. I have to say on Windows, Deluge didn't worked as expected and Qbitorrent totally beaten my expectations.
