Copying application ps4 game not downloading

So I just bought Madden 18 and the game won't install there's a pause logo over the load bar and when I press x to open it it blinks and then boots me back to the main screen I've done all the troubleshooting for the PS4 even deleted everything and put it back to factory settings I even tried it without the internet and same thing I should also mention this is the third disc I got from Estimated Reading Time: 1 min. if its not working, remove the disk, delete whatever is left of the game on the ps4. start a fresh download, again it will seem like it is not working. on your home screen, go to the notifications and you will find an "update file" downloading. pause that download .  · Find ur game and open the overview page. 4. The solution is to delete the game completely from your PS4, and start the download again. Once the PS4 adds the " update file " to your download list, stop the download by deleting the update file. Let the other file download and install. Start the game, and play through the tutorial and then quit the game and THEN download and install the update file.
